Queens of the Stone Age are back. With a bang. They return to their original sound and are the perfect 'Stoner Rock' band. This band, along with Wolfmother and Them Crooked Vultures define this genre.
This album is all what was expected from QOTSA. Loud, catchy, dark.
My God is the sun is the perfect single for the album. Undoubtedly the best song off the album.
The best songs off the album for me are, 'I Sat by The Ocean', 'If I Had A Tail', 'My God is the Sun', 'Fairweather Friends' and 'I Appear Missing'.
Have a go at this if you like hard rock/stoner rock. Not a dissapointment.
